Trump won because Americans wanted to believe the lie that 1+3=5 and it isn't so. He portrayed himself as rich and successful, and therefore uncorruptible. He said I wasn't like them. I am different and I am better. Bullshit. He is worse than them and he is definitely corruptible. Americans just wanted to believe it so they gave him a chance. And those that did know what he as like, were even happier because they knew what he would give them, same thing as he was giving them before, a chance to make tons of money on the expense of underprivileged.
